Business in the Community is a unique movement of companies committed to improving their impact on society. Trinity is a founder supporter of Coventry Cares, BITC's employee volunteering programme division.

Our employees have participated in the following events over the last year:

• Healthy action day for local schools
• Christmas gifts for underprivileged local children
• Garden makeover for local residential home
• Toiletry starter kits for local support and drop-in centres
• Pantomime trips for school children
• Reading club at a local primary school.

Our commitment is such that John Archer, our Facilities Co-ordinator, was nominated for Coventry Cares Team Leader of the Year award 2004.
