We offer a unique brand of cost-effective support and consultancy for mid-range operating systems and associated layered products, providing superb levels of technical knowledge combined with years of experience.
Our support offering consists of software TAG (Telephone Advice and Guidance). If you wish we can also arrange hardware support via various third party partners giving a single point of contact for all your support calls. Regardless of whether you take your hardware support from us or arrange it yourself directly from the manufacturer or a third party, we will work closely with your hardware support when required to resolve a problem as quickly as possible.
We currently provide these services to a numbers of organisations across all industry sectors in the UK. In particular we have experience of providing support services to a number of NHS Trusts.

Support from us is operating system agnostic - we do not sell hardware, so will not seek to influence upgrades and decisions from a commercial point of view. However we will offer the best technical advice.
We also offer associated services, such as system health checks, platform migration, upgrades, disaster-recovery planning and ad-hoc consultancy. Furthermore, we can provide a permanent on-site presence, should involvement in the day-to-day running of customer systems be required.
