Infrastructure specialist
We have a requirement for an infrastructure specialist within our professional services group. The position involves:
- designing and building Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions
- assisting in gathering and documenting clients’ requirements
- working within a wider team to develop infrastructure architectures, detailed designs and build plans
- developing functional and technical requirements for bespoke solutions
- contributing to client/team workshops and demonstrations
- communicating progress or problems to our project management team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability the disseminate information across our organisation and to our clients. We are also looking for a keen interest in Microsoft infrastructure technologies, and ideally the successful candidate will be an MCSE or working towards the accreditation.
Interactive user interface designer
We require an experienced Interactive UI Designer to join our Visual Communications Group.
The successful candidate will require a thorough knowledge of product authoring tools, extensive experience developing web sites, intranets and bespoke application user interfaces.
Key strengths should include excellent communication, innovative and creative design ability, broad technical product, usability and accessibility knowledge.
Skills required:
- sound knowledge of usability issues in the development and delivery of browser based and bespoke solutions
- Macromedia - Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Coldfusion and Freehand
- Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Distiller
- HTML/DHTML/XHTML/CSS/Javascript.
