2nd and 3rd lind Microsoft infrastructure support
We are looking for a Microsoft 2nd/3rd line technical analyst who can provide top class customer facing support together with excellent technical skills.
- Strong technical background, especially in Microsoft technologies. MS qualified preferred or at the very least some MS certification.
- Experience of installing/troubleshooting and supporting a wide range of systems and applications including Microsoft windows server/exchange.
- Experience of installing/troubleshooting windows operating systems, deploying/packaging applications via SMS.
- Knowledge of WAN/LAN environment and terminology, IT infrastructure and services.
- Excellent interpersonal/customer relation experience
- The ability to communicate with customers with a wide variety of IT experience is essential together with patience, understanding and responsibility for customers problems.
- Have a keen sense of urgency and take responsibility of incidents
- To be self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Have a flexible approach and can work as a team player
- Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication
- Able to deal with customers/suppliers/peers at all levels in a professional manner
- Must be tolerant and adaptable to change
- May on occasion be required to work on other sites, driving licence preferred.
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £20k – £26k p.a. depending on experience
