Trinity Expert Systems is recruiting for an experienced Application Support Engineer to operate within the Managed Services Group - Application Support Team.

This role offers the opportunity for an experienced Microsoft 2nd/3rd Line Application Support Engineer to work in an exciting, dynamic Application Support Team. Working in a small multi-disciplined team you will provide excellent technical, diagnostic and problem solving skills to meet SLA within the following areas:

Minimum requirements for Application Support Engineer are to include at least 2 of the following:

· Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010

· To troubleshoot and develop effective solutions using Microsoft .Net Framework and Visual Studio (C#.net, VB.net)

· Microsoft SQL Server, 2005+

Advantageous:

· Exposure to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS)

· Microsoft Development Tools and languages

· An understanding of Microsoft MCMS 2002

· Exposure to Microsoft CRM

· CSS, Scripting

An ability to communicate with customers at all levels is required along with patience, understanding and the ability to proactively take responsibility for customer’s problems. You will also have:

· MS qualification (preferred) or at the very least some MS certification.

· Experience of installing/troubleshooting and supporting a wide range of systems and applications

· Excellent interpersonal/customer relationship experience

· Have a keen sense of urgency and take end-to-end responsibility of incidents

· To be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

· Have a flexible approach and can work as a team player

· Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication

· Able to deal with customers/suppliers/peers at all levels in a professional manner

· Must be tolerant and adaptable to change

· Required to work to shift patterns including weekends and provide 24x7 on-call duties

· May on occasion be required to work on other sites, full driving license essential
