As a member of the Visual Communications practice you will focus on designing usable and accessible graphical user interface solutions for our clients that provide visual clarity, navigational ease and intuitive functionality.
All of our consultants have great project management skills, innovative and creative design ability, broad technical, product usability and information architecture knowledge and an ability to analyse business problems and identify solutions. These key skills ensure that a project will meet the client’s requirements and ultimately maximise project value.
Our practice is involved from solution design to delivery: from assisting clients and business analysts envisioning usable solutions.
Our consultants focus on User Experience and User Centred Design (UCD) methodologies when working on client’s projects. UCD is a user interface design process that focuses on usability goals, user characteristics, environment, tasks and workflow in the design of an interface. The ultimate goal is to create products that users find useful and most importantly usable.
More efficient product development and lower documentation and support costs are just a few benefits clients see from stronger focus on UCD. Usable products are easier to document and support, which will make both the project teams and user satisfied and efficient in their day-to-day work.
