Trinity Expert Systems are looking for a experienced Project Manager with a proven record of delivering complex and challenging IT/IS projects to join our Professional Services Delivery Group. The projects that we deliver vary in size and complexity and we expect our Project Managers to take ownership of Project Delivery and have responsibility for ensuring that the project is delivered to agreed budgets, scope and exceeds the expectations of our clients.
An essential requirement of candidates is experience of working in a commercially focused environment, dealing with a number of different clients and types of project at one time. This element of the role is critical and candidates lacking in this area of experience will not be considered at this stage.
Ideally your project management experience will include both applications development and infrastructure projects delivered in a Professional Services environment, but applicants with comparable experience in other environments will be considered. Experience of, and qualifications in, industry standard methodologies is an advantage, but an independent, self motivated attitude to personal and professional development is more important.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who is willing and able to take ownership of projects and manage their delivery in challenging environments. The key skills that you need are the ability to structure and plan projects, identify risks and mitigate against them, manage a project team and resolve project delivery issues in a timely manner. The ability to develop strong relationships with clients and our teams and adopt a pragmatic, flexible approach to suit the needs of our clients and the commercial environment is essential.
