Service Desk Analyst


Our expanding Coventry based Service Desk is looking for excellent first line customer support staff with the ability to provide solid 1st line telephone and online support and assistance.

Candidates need to be able to demonstrate first-rate customer care skills and a good knowledge of :

  • Microsoft’s Windows Desktop
  • Windows Server and Office products.


Previous experience in providing IT support in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment is a benefit although appropriate training will be provided for successful candidates.

This is a chance to work in a small but growing team providing support for a wide range of customers from SME organizations through to Blue-chip and Enterprise customers.
