strategic consultant Microsoft CRM

We are seeking to expand our Microsoft Dynamics CRM capability by recruiting Strategic Consultants focused on the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and programme delivery, the Microsoft product set, and non-Microsoft market leaders. Candidates should have at least three years experience within these areas and be able to demonstrate the business value of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the broader benefits of corporate performance management.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant you will have the following responsibilities:

• Working across full project lifecycle, from requirement definition to implementation
• Design of CRM architecture
• Creation and delivery of training material
• Architecting and delivery of ETL solutions

The successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will require:

• 2 years experience in implementation of CRM systems
• 3 years experience in commercial consulting
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to engage with a client at all levels of seniority
• Demonstrable skills in the Pre-Sales and Delivery arenas

Successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will ideally have experience of the following:

• Microsoft Server System technologies (Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Services, Terminal Services)
• Windows server 2003/2008 operating systems
• Microsoft Office SharePoint Server Microsoft Office System
• Non-Microsoft products in the area of CRM, e.g. Salesforce.com, Goldmine, Siebel, Scribe, XRM, C360
