Strategy
Our strategic consultants have a wealth of operational IT strategic management and consulting experience alongside a deep understanding of the technical capabilities of Microsoft products. This strength enables us to take a high level strategic vision for an organisation and build a technology roadmap to drive the realisation of those goals.
The ERP projects our strategic consultants will often be engaged to, link the strategy of multiple internal business functions in an organisation to ensure maximum value. This co-ordination dramatically increases the effectiveness of business wide reporting, user adoption and driving the change agenda at a departmental and strategic level.
Project Management
Our project management team will either manage a project on behalf of a client organisation or work alongside internal staff to develop client internal project management capabilities.
As an integral part of our consultancy services our project managers will oversee the delivery of any project we undertake from ERP implementations through to business wide IT change programmes (eg. Intranet, EDRMS, ERP, Business Intelligence, Internet workstreams).
Equally our project managers can be engaged as a standalone function to manage and to assure deliverables of other parties on behalf of a client. Our consultants use best practice project management methodology (Prince 2, ITIL, MSP) to underpin project planning and co-ordination of large, disparate project teams, risk management, budget management and reporting.
User Experience
Our User Experience (UX) team combine detailed technical awareness with visual communications, branding and process re-engineering skills.
Typically the UX team will work across the strategic visioning, business process re-design and delivery phases of a project to ensure that the strategic goals of the business and the day to day needs of the users are delivered.
This service delivers huge value in driving technology adoption through the delivery of best practice ‘ease of use’ and ‘user interaction’ experiences.

Our consultants have strong awareness of the Microsoft technology stack and integration of applications through various interface and data transfer tools. As a result our clients are able to realise the benefits of deploying a bespoke ‘fit for purpose’ application whilst leveraging the integrated functionality of the Microsoft portfolio.
In the ERP environment key projects have included the development of bespoke time and billing applications (integrated with Dynamics NAV), invoicing (linking Dynamics CRM and NAV) and a web enabled expense management tool (integrated with Dynamics NAV).
