National School selects CRM

The National School of Government (National School) has selected Trinity Expert Systems to deploy Microsoft CRM to one hundred users across its organisation.

National School chose to implement Microsoft CRM because of the product’s intuitive interface that would fit within the existing applications and overall strategy.

David Spencer, Principal and Chief Executive at the National School states: “The National School is strongly committed to customer satisfaction. We believe this system will enable us proactively to understand and respond better to the needs of our clients.”

The project is underway and due to go live during August 2006.
