WDC - Flexible working
23rd February 2007
Trinity Expert Systems (Trinity) has been working with Warwick District Council (WDC) to help create a solution to improve flexible working for its Housing Benefits Officer.
Together with Microsoft, Trinity developed a proof of concept pilot system to demonstrate how new technologies such as Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Windows Vista and the 2007 Microsoft Office System could improve efficiency and personal safety.
By adapting many of the proof of concept features into the council’s current infrastructure it can improve safety for employees, reduce data entry and free up employees’ time to visit more clients.
The pilot which went live on 20th February 2007 was fully implemented and supported by Trinity to ensure the project was a success.
Ty Walter, Systems Development Manager, WDC, says ‘Trinity has fully supported us in the development and implementation of the pilot system and helped us focus on how the new system will benefit citizens and staff alike.’
