Trinity awarded the coveted Microsoft unified communications competency

Trinity Expert Systems are proud to announce the achievement of the Microsoft unified communications competency, bringing the total number of competencies held to nine.

Following a recent roll-out of an internal unified communications programme, Trinity’s expertise in deploying Microsoft unified communications technologies has been officially accredited by the software giant.

The competency can be attributed to Trinity’s internal IT department working closely with Microsoft on the R2 release of Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) to replace the traditional telephony system at Trinity. In conjunction with Trinity’s Strategic Consulting Group participating in the Technical Adoption Programme (TAP), Trinity has developed a robust unified communications solution to take to market.

Trinity’s CEO, Steve McDonagh, comments “deploying Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) has radically changed the way we work, and greatly improved communication throughout the company both on and off site. We’re all excited about offering this new working experience to our clients and can’t praise it highly enough”.

Unified communications is one of the most exciting and growing markets today. More and more companies are realising the need to unify and streamline their communications, particularly with the rise in remote, flexible working and Trinity are keen to get in on the action.

The Microsoft unified communications competency enables Trinity to demonstrate its expertise in deploying unified messaging, IM/presence and voice solutions using Microsoft Office Communications Server, Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Office Communicator.
