Customer Relationship Management


Our third Legal Insight event was held at the Radisson SAS hotel in central Birmingham on 6th March 2008.

The event included a presentation from Merlin Stone who talked about the importance of a good customer relationship management practice. The evening also included wine tasting by ex-England Rugby star, Nick Baxter.
