Business Value Planning Services
Overview
The Business Value Planning Services (BVPS) program is a structured, 3, 5, 10, or 15 days of engagement by Trinity to identify and design improvements to an existing business process leveraging your existing Microsoft technology. BVPS is modeled on Microsoft’s existing packaged services, and is a new customer Software Assurance (SA) benefit.
Upon completing a Business Value Planning Services engagement, customers receive:
- Target a specific Information Worker business process
- Develop current/future state process documentation and analysis
- Develop future state key performance indicators improvement analysis
- Develop adoption roadblock and mitigation analysis
- Develop a quantitative business case*
- Develop a high-level implementation plan for the proposed solution
