Report findings and provide costs for full profiling or pilot approaches
Agree applications for pilot conversion.

Classification

• Design application conversion complexity matrix
• Provide fixed/indicative costs for whole application estate conversion based on complexity matrix
• Rationalisation and classification of applications - to assess application for redevelopment and the technologies to be utilised
• Redevelopment.

Conversion

• Initiate conversion for pilot applications
• Develop and assess full conversion process
• Application system testing.
