Time and expenses tracking

The add-on can be web based so your staff can log on and fill time sheets in wherever they are.

It can be pre-populated with job or project codes and will allow you to access and submit these on a daily or weekly basis. It will also allow you to submit expense claim forms in conjunction with time sheets or separately if required.

It allows staff to confirm or amend pre-populated information from a resource plan on a daily or weekly basis.

Once time sheets are submitted, the automated workflow can ensure they are approved by the relevant project staff and individual managers. Once they are approved, the information is fed directly into Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP Business One so that time is accurately recorded and costed against each project.
