Legal insight - 29th November

Following the success of our launch event for legal insight on 20th September, we held our second meeting at the Hotel Du Vin, Birmingham on 29th November 2007.

The evening provided our guests with the opportunity to meet fellow senior IT and Business decision makers from legal organisations across the region and hear from our legal industry guest speaker. 

Our guest speaker for the evening was Clive Coleman, who is a barrister and one of the country's leading comedy writers. Clive has written for Allistair McGowan, Spitting Image, Smith and Jones, Dead Ringers and Chambers.

Clive appears as a panelist on The News Quiz and Quote Unquote and is also the presenter of BBC Radio 4's flagship legal analysis programme, 'Law In Action', and periodically writes columns for The Times, and The Independent.

This event generated great interest from people within the legal industry and we were pleased to have a room full of senior decision makers from law firms across the UK. These law firms included:

The evening was a great success, everyone enjoyed the pre-dinner speech by clive and the networking and are already planning on attending the next event in March 2008.
